TF Stopped Updating

My Russell feed on Zenfire was stuck for 7 minutes (9:32 to 9:39) and I'm missing data. Anyone else experienced this?

My TF feed is dead at 10:01am. Back up at 10:10.

Yes ... same problem here with ZenFire... and also for another person I work with.

NT Support: Please remind me how to backfill in my data holes. Doesn't NT keep 'old' data and just use ZenFire for realtime data. I exited NT, deleted my entire cache folder ... and came back into NT ... but my TF charts still have the same holes ... and all while never connecting to a datafeed (so it looks like it's still retrieving data from from locally saved file).

Also 'Reload All Historical Data' doesn't work.

Please remind me how to simply refresh/reload my charts with NT's latest archived data when I loose connection or broker datafeed goes out.

Since our historical data servers that also connect to zenfire had the same problem there if unfortunately no way to restore the data since this is where the reloaded data comes from for zenfire.
