Sim to Live

Set up new live account and NT7 keeps opening up in Sim mode. Can anyone help change this? Thanks

Is the Sim101 account simply selected or is the Accounts drop-down menu grayed out and unselectable?

Thanks for clarifying.

First, make sure your Live license is entered under Help -> License Key, next open the File menu and un-check the Global Simulation Mode option.


After making this change, open up a SuperDOM window or Chart trader and you will be able to toggle between your Live account(s) and the Sim101 account.
