Why is Prodigio "horrible"?

What do you plan to use NT on? Stocks? Futures? Forex?

well id like to use it for stocks and futures .

thats just my opinion of prodigio , it has bad tech support , they wont even talk to you on the phone about anytthing because a few people lost some trades and blamed them , thats what a td rep told me today , and the autotrading is way off , for example , u set a long signal to buy when stocastics cross over 20 , it will buy at 50 , 30 , 70 , and theres a bunch more glitches , and im not the only one with the issue , even the td rep said that he wont use it till they work out the kinks .
