Zen-fire realtime?

Currently I have a trial of zen-fire, the connection is good.

When I open a chart ES 06-12, everything works fine and is real-time.

But when I open a EUREX futures chart (i.e. FDAX, FESX, FGBL etc.) it isn't real-time. For example, when I open a chart at 9:50 it's updated until 9.50 and then it doesn't update anymore where ES, YM etc. do update...

Can you help me with that or is it just restricted?

When I test it on my end, I cannot reproduce the issue. Eurex instruments receive real-time data in charts. Do you receive real-time data if you select such an instrument in a SuperDOM or Time and Sales window?

Try the following. Disconnect Zen-Fire and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader and check if you now receive data.

If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Attn Jason, Zen-fire realtime?' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
