NT and current IBTW

Ive been away since the issues with NT and IB connectivity. Checking back now....

Is the current version of NT fully compatible with the current IBTW? Or are their still connection issues?

Thanks for writing in.

To connect to Interactive Brokers with NinjaTrader requires Traders Workstation 921 with NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.9.

To upgrade to NinjaTrader version 7.0.1000.9 please follow the link bellow.

Under Current User paste your license key.
You can locate your license key under Help> License key
Select Download NinjaTrader
Download Version 7.0.1000.9 (Current)
Before running the installer ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

With NinjaTrader version 7.0.1000.9 the current version of Traders Workstation supported is 921.
Please uninstall the current version and install Traders Workstation 921.

May I ask if I can still use Ninjatrader's Direct Edition (free) license key with Interactive Brokers or I have to either lease or purchase Ninjatrader lifetime license.

Hello FHTrader,

There is no Direct Edition for Interactive Brokers.
NinjaTrader would need to be purchased or leased to trade live to Interactive Brokers in NinjaTrader.
