Options trading on NT

I like the ease of using C# code to develop automated trading strategies for NT, but if I understand this correctly, there's no support for options on NT...

I have an automated strategy with NT and I have thought of a way to improve it by hedging my positions with options. Has anyone been able to find a workaround to trade options with NT? If not, is there a way for me to keep my current strategy with NT and perhaps use another software at the same time to carry out the options trading (I am using IB/TWS for my brokerage) on top of my NT strategy?

Unfortunately we do not support options trading in NinjaTrader. We support future, equities and forex trading only.

Yes, you could use other software to trade options.
