Copy market replay data from one machine to another

I do all of my automated trading on a dedicated server. I also record market replay data on that server as well. I'd like to copy that market replay data to my other PC where I develop new strategies so I can test them in replay.

Is there a way to copy mkt replay data from one machine to another machine? If so, how?

If you want to transfer items to another PC such as Market Replay. the best way is to create a backup file and transfer this to restore on the other PC:

But if I do a backup and restore it to a different machine, will it overwrite any historical data and custom ninjascript code I have written as well? If so, is there a way to do a backup such that I can isolate the replay data only?

If you'd like to be sure nothing is harmed on the other PC you may transfer the files manually from one PC to another with the steps I have provided below:

• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• Open the db folder
• Open the Data folder which contains all Market Replay files listed by date
• Copy these files to a storage device such as a USB thumb drive
• Now on the other PC save these files within the Data folder as well
• Connect to Market Replay

I copied data from my live machine to the \data\ folder on my simulation machine. However, when i start NT (simulator) and connect to market replay and check available dates, I do not see the same dates as I copied...

Please advise.
