NT Crashing at startup

    NT Crashing at startup

    Hi support

    NT keeps crashing no warning. I had 4 workspaces open each time, I closed all but one of the workspaces and that one appears to be the problem because now I can not open NT at all, it is crashing at start up. What do you need in terms of logs etc?

    Hi dee50,

    If a workspace prevents NT from opening, you can delete the file indicated below. This file only controls which workspaces load at startup, so all workspaces will still be available under File > Workspace > Open Workspace.


    * Please close NinjaTrader and go to your desktop Start menu
    * Open My Documents
    * Go to the NinjaTrader 7 folder
    * Go to the Workspaces folder
    * Right click on file _Workspaces.xml and select delete.
    * Now restart the application and it should start up normally
