Windows 7 64 bit install behind proxy

Hello,

I'm trying to install ninja trader in my work PC. We are setup behind a proxy server. We don't have control to the proxy configuration. I was able to download the setup file and when I run it, I'm getting an error.

Do you know why i'm running into this issue?

Do you have a full installer I can download without the need to download over a live connection?
