Unbelievable problem with NT and CQG

NT with CQG all of a sudden I open NT, I had it open and connected working fine on Saturday.
And now the charts go weird, it wont load Sundays data on 6E, it just seems to start from when I open the chart.
I have repaired DB reset DB did nothing.

I believe I am encountering the same problem as Mike. See attached screenshot of my charts. There is a gap of data on the chart to the left which is a 1-min chart. The middle chart is a 3, 5 and 15-min charts. Same problem there. To the right is a single 15-min chart. Same problem there. I also included the session manager which I have set to show something different.

I also closed NT and restarted it. Twice. Problem continued. I closed a chart and created a brandnew one. Problem continued.

Help please!

It is like it stopped on Friday, now when you open, there is no historical data for Sunday or even the last 5 minutes its only loading now from the quotes coming in.

I tested it on my end and I am able to reproduce the issue. There is no historical data being loaded after last Friday for currency futures such as the 6E 06-12.

I have sent an email to development to further investigate. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

Also 6E on another broker I use with MT4, Broco trader, has gone the same.
Its like something to do with the feed because of march contract ending and June begining.

Unfortunately one of our historical data servers did not record historical data since the close of last Friday. The issue has been fixed - the server records historical data again.

The following instruments are known to be affected: currency futures (6A, 6E, etc), bonds, GC & SI (gold & silver).

Does this mean I can re-start NT and it will show up properly or this gap will continue to be present?

Yes, unfortunately the CL instrument is also affected - it is listed on the server that did not record data.
