IB Account Connection Issue

    IB Account Connection Issue

    All was well before the upgrade. I have re installed all software per Ninja's specs; IB, E Signal, and Ninja. The issue I have is at the control center, Ninja does not recognize my IB account. All I see is Sim101 and the account box will not drop down. The control panel is locked in simulation mode. The print on Sim101 is very light colored. Has my subscription expired? My emails regarding this issue have been ignored. Ninja please impress me with a prompt response.(I have steaming data at the Control Center and both E Signal and IB are green at the control center indicating a good connection).

    Hello Craig J,

    Make sure your Live license is entered under Help -> License Key, then go to the File menu and uncheck Global Simulation Mode.

    After this open up a SuperDOM window or Chart trader and you will be able to toggle between your Live account(s) and the Sim 101 account.
