Is there a way to make a sound alert a bit louder?I created a wav file and so far i can barely hear it.

Use an external program to boost the volume of your file, and save the new file to the same name to replace the current file.

Sound File Location

I'm looking all over and deeply in the Ninja7 Documents area but cannot find a sound file to place .wav files.

Probably the dumbest question in this thread but can you please point me to the right place?

Not the dumbest. Just go over to the program files x86 and then to Ninja 7 or 8 and then to sounds
