Are the licence servers down ?

I get a message that cannot connect to licence servers. Checked my Firewall and all is OK. No other connectivity issues with web.

Our licnese servers have not been down today. Please note we have two licensing servers which provide redundancy in the case that one may be down, the other would be up at a separate location.

I know you stated that you checked your firewall however the most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software

Thanks I solved the issue. I had replaced my motherboard and inadvertently set the system date to 2002. Once I changed it the issue went away !
