Chart data not matching data manager values

Hi

Chart is NYMEX CL 04-12 daily.

Two issues:

1
Dates on chart plots are one day behind dates recorded in Historical Data Manager. For example

Current bar on chart is dated 14/03, previous bar dated 10/03
e.g.

14/03 N/A displaying current market price
13/03 106.58 Not displayed
10/03 107.42 106.85
09/03 106.85 106.16
08/03 106.16 105.00
07/03 105.00 107.12

Where are the plots for the closes 107.42 and 106.58?

I have tried:
a) reloading data (several times)
b) creating new chart
c) check rollover dates - its the 19th
d) time template is NYMEX Metals/Energy ETH, however have tried others
e) run "repair data"

My time zone is WST - that's Perth Western Australia.
If that is put forward as the reason for issue 1 then I don't understand the logic for the chart plotting data that is different to the Data Manager.
Secondly it does not explain the missing two days of data.

Any suggestions?

Hello Bruce,

Can you please tell me to what connectivity provider you connect in NinjaTrader.

Please perform the following steps. Shut down NinjaTrader and go to (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->db and delete the cache folder. Set your PC clock to a US time zone. Subsequently, start NinjaTrader again and check if daily data is time stamped as you expect in charts. Check if the chart data is in synch with the data displayed in the Historical Data Manager as well.
