When I try to connect to my broker (through TT), I get a Ninja error:
Login Failed: The Fix server is not responding.
When I try again I get:
Login Failed: Unable to initialize API: Configuration failed: Could not open body file.
Using the built in XP feature, I rolled back my system to Dec 20 hoping that would eliminate any changes that caused this. I still got the same error messages.
I called the broker. They are not having issues and were able to log in to my account over the internet from their support group.
I also disconnected from DSL entirely and went back to my cable internet.
Through all this, my browser and Tradestation have been completely fine. I am only having a problem with Ninja.
Any ideas?
