IB deconnection issues......

Hello,

IB is ONLY my broker (No real time data subscription or historical data requested), I mean that my data feed come from eSignal only.

Each day I have an automatic deconnection from IB my broker with this message in the log tab :

New account data requested. API client has been unsubscribed from account data. Resubscribe2AccountData

What can I do to avoid this issue, are my connection settings in NT wrong ?

Hello Angel,

This message comes from IB. If this is occurring at the same time on a daily basis. You might be experiencing this disconnect due to the IB server reset period. If this is at different times you might want to double check the following.
