gain.com issues streaming the data on some pairs

I get data feed from gain forex.com ...\

Does any one know why some of the pairs such as gbp/jpy and eur/jpy stopped streaming the data I have to keep reloading the chart for it to update.

it just started last week and been working fine last few months.


Any advise is appreciated!!

Thanks for writing in to report this issue.

Could you please try loading these instruments in the Orders tab of the Control Center window? Do you see updates in the bid, ask and last price fields or do they report 'N/A'?

Hello kian123,

Please disconnect from GAIN/Forex.com, then reset NinjaTrader's instrument list:

• Open the Options menu by clicking Tools > Options.
• Within the Options menu, navigate to the Data tab.
• Click the 'Reset Instruments' button.

After resetting, please restart NinjaTrader, reconnect to GAIN and check the instruments again. Both should update based on my testing here.
