Plotting charts w/ multiple datafeeds

Hello, i have cqg, and ib connection. cqg is primary, while ib is backup. i want to load HSI (HKFE) future. As Amp/cqg does not offer this market, i would ib to load this symbol. it is loading stock symbols fine, of course, since it is not part of amp/cqg combo. so, i know it works as a backup datasource. i thought about taking out the HSI definition for cqg in the HSI instrument properties (which, by the way is typo'ed to 'HIS'), but it would still not pull from ib for this symbol.

The symbol mapping is probably incorrect. You would need to find out what IB maps this symbol to. If CQG doesn't offer this instrument then NT would automatically get the instrument data from a secondary provider you are connected to.

Are you sure that IB offers the HSI instrument?
