Not able to get data for most charts

I can access my SPY data, that hasn't changed...but suddenly today I am not able to pull up $AUDJPY and other pairs...nor can I access YM mini. I can't get GLD and I can't seem to pull up any simple stock such as msft. What happened? I've never been very good at understanding the instrument manager....what am I missing here?

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data? This is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.


Do you receive any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center or on screen? If so, what do these errors report?

sorry, i just now realized that i didn't tell you it was interactive brokers. duh....

anyway, no logs show up for data connection errors...i just get a blank chart

I have changed nothing in the parameters for GLD so i don't understand why today I can't get this data.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

it's working now! I have no way to know what was happenin. I just decided to restart NT and suddenly everything was fine! odd
