ninjatrader7 X64 / zen-fire demo problem.

Hello all,

I try to load data for 6E using my zen-fire demo, and all work fine. now, I try to load data for CL, ES and I always receive the same error: Error on loading chart data for "ES 03-12 Globex" Connection to data server is busy or not avaialable right now. please try again later.

it is now 2 weeks like this.

has Zen-fir eproblem with data server or is it a problem ninjatrader7 (i use of course last version on NT7).

There is no issue with our server or the software. Were there any changes in your internet connection setup since you started to experience the error or did you experience the error from the beginning?

How much historical data do you request? Does it make a difference if you reduce the amount of data?

What kind of internet connection do you use?

thanks for answer. I am loading 3 days data, and there is always same error: server busy... try later.

my internet (100mb) connection has no change at all. now i am trying same setup on other computer and receive the same error.

windows7 X64, no additionals software installed, only NT7. what can be the problem ?

Can you please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in an email which you can send to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason, ninjatrader7 X64 / zen-fire demo problem.' in the subject header.
