NT Slow with Kinetic Data
Is anyone else experiencing slow chart updates when using Kinetic? It takes nearly 20 seconds for the chart to update using Kinetic whereas when connected to Interactive Brokers it is 3-5 seconds.

Using our Kinetick account, I am getting fairly fast updates. Nearly instant in most cases. This could be a connection configuration issue with your firewall, proxy, or router if you have any such things.
IP's for kinetick that must be configured properly on all network appliances are :
Primary Server Farm IP Range: 66.112.156.x
Backup Server Farm IP Range: 66.112.148.x
I would suggest sending in a support request to support (at) ninjatrader (dot) com so that we may look at log/traces.Adam P.NinjaTrader Customer Service
