SuperDome no updating

I just subscribed Kinetick live date feed. While the chart receives the data feed, there is no data feed at all for the SuperDom.

What instruments are you attempting to view in the SuperDOM?

You are receiving the following messages for the ES and NQ:
3/6/2012 1:44:16 PM|1|4|'ES 03-12' market data is delayed since your account does not have a real time subscription for the exchange this market trades on
3/6/2012 1:45:47 PM|1|4|'NQ 03-12' market data is delayed since your account does not have a real time subscription for the exchange this market trades on

I believe I subsribe CME E-Mini too. I do not know why I have the delayed data.
