    "unable to Cancel unmaped orders" message

    I'm trading with MB trading and sometimes, even when nothing is being executed on the strategy I receive the "unable to Cancel unmaped orders" message.

    This doesn't happen with IB

    Any idea?

    Are these live orders or simulation orders?

    What version of MBT Navigator are you using? (11.0.x.x)

      Version is 11.8.0.45 and I'm on simulation

        Thanks - The current version requires 11.8.0.38 installed:



        Please revert to this version and lets us know if you run into a situation where the order will not cancel frequently.

          There is a problem about that. When starting this version it forces me to update to Version is 11.8.0.45. If I don't update It closes the MB console

            Does this happen when you connect to MBT through NinjaTrader with the desktop version shut down?

            Or does this only force update when you open the desktop version?

              You are right I can connect without launching the MB console.

              But there is a problem: there is a setting on the MB console that sends, by default, a message warning when the quantity of the order surspasses a certain number (100,000 by default). If this setting is not disabled orders are not sent.

              To disable this setting I have to access the console but when executing it requires the update. So, I need to access the console without updating but this is not possible.

              If I could find a file where settings are saved and change it manually...

                  Fortunately it seems that after uninstalling the MB platform settings are kept in the computer. So, I uninstalled and I reinstalled the version you told me.

                  Without starting the console I connected to MB and it's working without issues. (cross my fingers)
