market replay data missing

Hi NT support,
I did download the first market replay data (MRD) long time ago and I have them since july 2009 till spring 2010 for various contracts, but then I did not download them until now and I found out that you probably deleted all data past March 2011, why is that? Why we cannot download them, I need those past data as there is no substitution for those data in NT. Is it possible to get to them somehow? I have multibroker license. I could buy those data I am missing (spring 2010-spring 2011) and cannot download currently. Is there any solution?

Data that is available on our market replay servers are available for around one year back on all contracts. Unfortunately there would be no other options to obtain this market replay data from NinjaTrader data servers at this time.

Historical data is provided by NinjaTrader as a complimentary service and as such there are no guarantees about its quality or availability, although we strive to provide accurate historical data for about a 1 year time frame.
