    Installing a new computer.

    Hi

    I am planning tonight install a new computer, and wondering,
    How long Ninja will support XP, because XP is stable, and ninja is stable with XP.

    I am wondering how about windows 7 32 bit ??? there are several posts in Big Mike F.
    Problems with W7/64 bit.

    I am not aware of any plans to un-support Windows XP - NinjaTrader 7 will remain supported on Windows XP.

    NinjaTrader 7 is supported on Windows XP, Vista and 7. Please see the installation guide below.

        64 bit installation problem

        I just got a new computer - downloaded and installed NT. All works fine with my license key until I try to connect to my brokerage acct (Trading Technologies). Get error message that broker may not support 64bit installation. Your info says both 32 bit and 64 bit will be installed and that I can still run on 32 bit.

        How do I run in 32 bit? Desktop icon show "(64-bit)" in parentheses.

          Thank you for the update.

          Unfortunately Trading Technologies does not support 64-bit.

          In order to run the 32-bit executable, please look for this on your Windows Start Menu.
          • Start > All Programs > NinjaTrader 7 > NinjaTrader 7

          You can right mouse click on this icon > Send to > Desktop(create shortcut)

          The file path is:
          • C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7\bin\

            Hi Ryan,
            Thanks for the quick reply. There still seems to be a problem with the NT platform.
            I did find the 2nd version (32-bit) and launched NT fine. It reflects all the acct info, instruments are set up correctly, however, there is no data feed at all coming into the Control center or the SuperDom.
