The CQG datafeed goes down multiple times every morning - have had this problem now for weeks. Should I contact them or what should I do. Totally frustrated with it.
Seems to be since I downloaded the new NJ version that this occurs. Thanks.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

I have been experiencing this issue with CQG/AMP since upgrading to 7.9, NT support told me it was my ISP since they couldnt figure it out, although I have no issues on my other computer with the ISP during the time it happens.

Downgraded back to 7.8 and the issue didnt happen today, go figure.

If enough people who are experiencing this issue post and request that it be looked into, I am confident that it will be resolved.

Thank you for reporting. Do you have a ticket number from the case you worked on previously?

Can you also go to Help--> Mail to support and send us your log/trace files so we can compare your connection on R8 to R9

Hey Guys,

Please update this thread once there is a resolution, my AMP/CQG connection disconnect constantly through out the day as well, this did not happen often with zen-fire
