NT ind IQFeed hanging occasionally

Every few days I have this situation that NT would hang. The symptom is that both the NT process and the IQFeed (iqconnect.exe) each seem to use 100% CPU on one thread (using up one core). The only way to get out of this situation is to kill both from the task manager (generally killing NT would also kill iqconnect).

So I have two questions:
1. Are you familiar with this type of problem and is there a work around for it?
2. Does this mean that NT is using the old (and deprecated) COM interface to iqconnect instead of the socket interface?

In that note, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of your trace file from the last date this took place.

Trace files can be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file which I need would be named 'trace.20120301.txt'.
