Data won't load

I am having trouble loading data. This occurs for stocks, futures or forex. If I open a new chart and select a new instrument or stock symbol, the chart is blank. If I select a symbol or instrument that is already loaded in another chart then it is fine.This happens frequently and causes me to do a complete system reboot. I am running NT 7.0.1000.9 connected to IB and Kinetick real time. Any help is appreciated.

Please send us your log and trace files for today so that we may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

Hello Dave,

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.20120301.txt"

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.20120301.txt"
