No Data kinetick

I was using Zen previously, but my free trial ran out. I subscribed to kinetick RT data but am getting none. I am still trading with a simulated accounted to get better, but I need the data to trade. The log says I am connected, but the charts don't move nor do i get data on the DOMS. TY
