Unable to connect to Kinetick: Unable to read server IP addresses: The requested name

Hi,
I am trying to run NT7 behind proxy. I managed to install it and get it running (by changing NinjaTrader.exe.config proxy settings to True), but now I cannot connect to Kinetick.
I am getting the following error message:
2012-03-01 09:02:00;Connection;Kinetick – End Of Day (Free): Unable to read server IP addresses: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found(LoginFailed);
2012-03-01 09:01:59;Connection;Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.179/31654): Thread was being aborted.;
2012-03-01 09:01:59;Connection;Connecting to NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.179/31654);
2012-03-01 09:01:59;Connection;Kinetick – End Of Day (Free): Primary connection=Connecting, Price feed=Connecting;

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot it?

Hello Marek,

Can you please check for firewall and security software that could be blocking the Kinetick connection. If this is not blocking the connection, please try a reboot of your PC, router and modem.

If the issue remains, please make sure the following addresses are not blocked on your end which are used by Kinetick

Primary Server Farm IP Range: 66.112.156.x
Backup Server Farm IP Range: 66.112.148.x

How do I "check firewall and security software"? Is there any specific port which should be open? Could you please point to some more specific troubleshooting description?

For help using your firewall software, please contact the vendor of this software. Here are the domains and ports that should be accepted.

*.7ticks.com
