NT not starting up

    NT not starting up

    I am having problems with my NT. It's displays the splash screen and then nothing happens. I used to get the control panel and have been using it fine for a while. But all of a sudden it refuses to start up. I then see that there is an instance of ninjatrader.exe running through windows task manager. I'v closed that and tried to boot up again but no luck.

    The splash screen shows and a few of the processes, but I don't get the control panel. Please advise. Thanks.

    This may have to do with the auto connect in your NinjaTrader.

    So I may further assist you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with your config file as an attachment. Please also reference this forum post and say attention Brandon.

    You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
    (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

    I look forward to assisting you further.

      Thanks Brandon, I doubled this up with an email to support and Patrick is dealing with my enquiry now. He suggested the same as you, sending the config file so he can ammend the autoconnect.

          Hello,

          I am having the same issue that Tiaforex described. It started when I added multiple accounts to auto connect so I assume that is the problem. Sounds like there is a fix.....is there anyway I can get past this?
