YG chart not updating

Hi,

I am on Zenfire and my charts are not receiving data on the YG Apr/12. Is Zenfire having problems with their gold servers? My ES charts are updating fine.

Thanks for writing in.

YG is an instrument which should function with it's default settings.

Which version of NinjaTrader are you using? (Help > About - version is listed in a 7.0.1000.X format)


Also, just to clarify, is the issue that no data at all loads or that no data updates in real-time?

I'm on 7.0.1000.8.

Real time data is not updating. Data loads when chart is started but no real time data. Data on superdom also not available.

I am getting live YG data through Zenfire with NT7 R9, so it doesn't look like it's a problem with Zenfire.
