Issue with AUDUSD

Hello Support,

I have issue with this particular instrument. When I create new chart using this instrument, the NT memory usage keep increasing till it runs out of memory. I tried other instruments Futures as well as EurUsd, GbpUsd, etc it works fine.

I already do repairDB step. The setting is 3 days. What should I do to resolve this ?

Hi Edward, please try this : disconnect in NT and go to Tools > Historical Data Manager and delete any data for the AUDUSD instrument giving your issues.

Then exit NT and go to Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache and delete the sub(!) folders seen here.

Finally restart NT again, connect to your provider and recheck if the AUDUSD symbol loads better on fresh cache / new historical data.

Hello Bertrand,

It resolves the issue. The chart now starts with no data.
I have another computer that has the instrument without issue. So I should go to Historical data manager at that computer and export it, then import into this computer? Would it work well?

I am wondering do you know of any Forex broker that will give historical tick data?

Glad to hear Edward, yes the export / import should do well - just leave the timezone as NT sets it to UTC.

Historical Tick data would be offered by Gain / Forex.com, FXCM (in closed beta now), MBT and PFG.
