MBT Forex stops rejected

Hello,

I own Ninja(using most current version) and I am trying out MB trading for forex on their Demo account. I am able to place market orders on their demo account(not using the sim 101). When I try to place a stop, either limit or market, I get the message, "Order rejected for reason: Order type or TIF not permissioned. Order sell 10000 Stop @ 1.32476"

The only way I can place a stop is to use the simulated order mode--these are not OCO orders.


I tried using the sim 101 which seems to work somewhat. It would stopped tracking my order balance for some reason? But it does not link to MB Navigator in this mode.

Questions: Is this normal operation and/or will a live account function in the same manner? I thought the stops resided on their servers.

Which TIF do you use with these orders? Day or GTC?
You'd need to use the opposite setting based on this error.

I just tried Day, gtc, and gtd--I get the same message.

You will find the log in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The file which I need would be named 'log.20120222.txt'.
