problems with market data feed on PFG

when i connect to PFG,it says connected PFG but there is no market data and charts are not updating automatically.

Please advise how to solve this problem.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About

What instrument / expiry have you selected?

What interval / timeframe is selected?

Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center?

i am using ninja trader 7.0.1000.9

I have selected euro usd chart and time frame is 1 min.
no there is no error message listed in the log tab.

If you check for the $EURUSD spot currency in the Control Center while being connected to PFG, any data streaming in there?

If not, please try resetting instruments under Tools > Options > Data and then restarting NT7 fresh.

Then reconnect and recheck.

No there is no data streaming in the Control Center while being connected to PFG.

i have tried the reset but it didn't work out.
