Quick question on importing tick data and market replay

Hello, just a couple quick questions...
[LIST=1]If I already have some tick data, and I import allot of new tick data, will my existing tick data be overwritten, or will the new tick data not be implemented? Will they both be there and clog up my file system (so I should probably uninstall, reinstall and import)?

1. Will market replay data be stored in tick data? If I select both the "record market replay" and "save chart data as historical", will the data from the market analyzer window be also used for saving historical data, not just market replay?

I'm really happy with Ninja, despite the occasional bugs, and really don't see me using anything else for at least the next year. Thanks yet again for your hand-holding support for us n00bs .

Thanks for your post and I am happy to assist you.

The tick data will be overwritten for those days for which you have imported data. For example if you have tick data for 1st to 21st February, and you reimport the data for 15th to 21st February, then data for 15-21 February will be overwritten.

Market replay data and historical data are saved separately.

Data for all the instruments in the market analyzer window will be saved if “Save data as historical” and “Record market replay” is checked.
