Big Red X

Hi,

Today when I ran NT I have a lot of blank charts with big red X in them.

I tried to reload the data or closed the problematic windows and put up a new chart for that symbol. The charts couldn't even load data.

What caused this problem and how can I fix it?

This is likely a badly coded script. Please use the control center > Help > mail to support feature to send your diagnostic files and include a link to this thread. We'll review the files which should point to more details regarding the exception you're having.

I got your email but I still can't rebuild charts.
Data's not loading.

There were custom indicators applied that were corrupting your chart. Please take these steps to have NinjaTrader start with no workspaces loaded:

* Please close NinjaTrader and go to your desktop Start menu
* Open My Documents
* Go to the NinjaTrader 7 folder
* Go to the Workspaces folder
* Right click on file _Workspaces.xml and select Delete
* Now restart the application and it should start up normally

Create a new chart using File > New > Chart. Be sure to select template: None so that no custom scripts are loaded on this chart.
