Do message box pop-ups affect trading if box not closed

Hello, I have developed a VBscript to "automatically" shut down and re-open NT platform each day (and re-connect to broker server), due to broker server maintenance - as broker server uses PATS.

I know that when I start up and open NT platform I sometimes get message boxes popping up. It is possible that sometimes my script program will fail to close these message boxes. My question is: If these message boxes (that appear at NT start-up) are not closed will this mean that NT might fail to send orders to my broker or that NT will fail to receive signals from TradeStation?

Rod, if you can connect normally with your script in place then you should be able to work normally with those present, I believe you're talking about our in product announcements, correct?

Hi Bertrand, thanks for your reply and help. Yes, I was talking about the start-up message boxes that contain messages like "new platform versions and builds announcements", critical info, etc. Nice to know if they fail to get closed the automated trading set-up (TS + NT DLL) will still work fine.
