    RSI(2) for 2 consecutive days

Good morning - could someone please tell me how to set an RSI column to highlight when RSI(2) stays below a chosen level for 2 consecutive days... or at least confirm the logic of my workaround ?

I thought one way to do it might be to have the column showing the smoothed output for RSI (2,2) , as RSI(2,1) presumably got there the day before & is still there, but I'm not completely sure of my thinking !?

    Any assistance gratefully appreciated .

Edit : on 2nd thoughts, my workaround will not necessarily be accurate, as RSI(2) could exit the zone, leaving RSI(2,2) in its wake, meaning I'd need two columns. I'd prefer a single column solution if poss.

jtrade, for a single column solution you would have to custom code an indicator for the MA that checks the value on the current and previous bar then for example sets a plot value to 1 if it stays above your level - you can then in turn use that plot output for coloring a column or raising an alert.

Bertrand, after all these years, me do custom coding !!??

I've said it before & I'll say it again : I do not subscribe to NT to learn coding....

So if you're not going to do it fo me, I'll just have to go for the two column solution....
