Optimize on Data Series

When using the WF function, there's little information on the Optimize on Data Series that i've been able to find.

If the type is minute, does that mean putting something like "1;60;10" in the value slot would allow the WF opt to also change the period of the data being reviewed? i.e. check at 1 min, 10min, 20min, etc. for the best result?
