Stop logging during Walk Forward

I've read several threads in the forum on speeding up the walk-forward optimization by eliminating logging every iteration, however, I am too simple-minded to figure out which menu item or code snippet I need to include to prevent the strategy from logging.

The log is huge at this point, so I suspect an improvement if someone would be kind enough to help me figure out how to accomplish this!

I'm running the latest NT 7.xxxx.9

logging

so the threads, etc. i've been reading are probably then about manually logging data, not the automated logging the system performs, correct?

if there a way for me to clear the log files ahead of running an optimization? another way to ease the pain of millions of lines being pushed on top of an already large file?

Correct only with manually logging which is never a good idea really if you plan o doing that.

You can delete the files manually via My Documents->NinjaTrader->Log folder.
