axis changes when drawing fibs...

Does anyone know how to keep the scaling from changing when you draw fibs? When I move my cursor to the second point of the fib the chart starts scaling and it makes it nearly impossible to draw my fibs, how can I keep the axis static while drawing?

Is the chart rescaled as you move the mouse or as you place the second anchor point for this drawing object?

It rescales as I move my mouse (after I click the first point of the fib)

Just to confirm - you're using a single click to place the first anchor, correct? (as opposed to holding the mouse button down or double-clicking)

If so, are you drawing via the track pad of a laptop by chance?

thank for the reply, yes I am using a single click to place the starting point of the fib, I release the mouse button then move my wired mouse (high dpi setting on the mouse not a track pad) up to the ending point but as i move it up the chart starts changing the scale of the vertical axis so it makes it difficult to pinpoint the exact point I need to click to finish the fib.

Hello stang3O2,

Can you please double click the Fibonacci object to open its properties menu. Disable 'Auto scale'. Right click in the properties menu and select 'Manage Templates'. Select the template you have been using and save it now that 'Auto scale' is disabled.

The price axis will not change it scale anymore when drawing the Fibonacci object.
