Loading Data... remains forever

Hello NT Support,.
after contract change (CL 03-12 to CL 04-12) chart remains in "Loading Data..." .

NT loads CL data - as you can see in the attached pic - but no chart update occurs as it was the case before.

What could be the cause for this behavior and how to solve?

Thanks for writing in.

Which merge policy is in place within the Options menu? To check, click Tools > Options > Data tab, merge policy is listed to the right.

Hello,
Merge Policy is MergeBackAdjusted.

But the problem for not refreshing CL 04-12 charts was the rollover day. From 20th - that means today - loading and refreshing charts work like expected.
