Charts disappearing from Workspace

I have a very basic setup with only the untitled workspace and one other workspace, and that workspace has only 2 charts on it. Nothing complicated.

On 3 separate occasions I have had the charts just disappeared from the workspace

Any suggestions on why this would happen?

I should add that this does not happen to the 'Untitled' Workspace, only the one that I created and edited with the "Save Workspace As" function to create a 2nd workspace.

Thank you for your post.

This usually occurs when your use the Windows Task Bar to close NinjaTrader which is located at the bottom of your screen. If you right click on NinjaTrader in the Task Bar and choose "Close all windows" it will close all of your charts and other windows first, then the Control Center last. If you choose "Yes" to save the workspace, it will save it as a blank workspace.

I recommend to save your workspace under multiple names to back it up. For example, create your workspace and go to File --> Workspaces --> Save workspace as and choose a name. Repeat these steps to save it as a backup.

This way you will have a backup in case any issues occur again.
