CQG connection fail with AMP Futures

Dear support, I have been trying to log on to my CQG demo account with AMP FUTURES on ninjatrader today but got the message:
"Login failed: Invalid/Unauthorised Private Label" and was unable to connect.

Any idea what this means as It's the first time I've seen it, had no problems connecting and logging on before. I've emailed AMP also but they can take a while replying..

Thanks for the forum post.

This normally means you have an expired demo, in any regard you will want to contact your broker and they will be able to assist you with getting logged in.
