installation ninjaTrader 7 rel 9

The new release 9 does not install for me. When I try to start it, it tells me that ninjatrader.vendor.dll is missing. I uninstalled and reinstalled. same thing. I reverted back to release 8, and it works fine.

In that message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.
You will find that file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The file I need would be named 'trace.20120216.txt'.

Thanks for your response. Over the weekend, I have now successfully installed release 9 on Windows 7. It was deleting NinjaTrader.Vendor.cs and .dll files and giving me an error that it could not find the .dll and to reinstall.
I reinstalled release 8, and and saved the .cs and .dll files to a different location. I installed release 9, and was given the same error. I copied the .cs and .dll files to the bin/Custom folder and tried to restart the application. This time it deleted the .dll, and threw the error. The next time I started the application, the .cs file was compiled and the application started properly. It has been fine since.

The release 8 installation worked fine on my computer with no intervention on my part..
