Cannot get SPY data from IB

When i tried to chart SPY, Error message popup says: Error on loading chart for "SPY Default": IB: No security definintion has been found for the request(200).

How can i get spy data from IB?

Thank you for your note.

Please make sure that you have added the correct exchange for SPY.

• From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
• Search for SPY in the name field and select edit.
• Select Arca and Default from the list of exchanges on the right
• Press the "OK" button

If you have added SPY to your default instrument list, please select it from your list when you add the correct exchange.

I have attached a screenshot of what the correct exchanges will look like.
