IQfeed data and IB account

Hi,
I'm using IQFeed data with IB accounts where I didn't have data subscribed (IB).
When I try to use this configuration (IQFeed and IB account) - strategy show connection IB and send message "Requested data is not subscribed" - it's true for IB, but I have this data with IQFeed.

So could I use IQFeed as data provider and IB as broker only ?

Hi Andrew,

Yes, you can connect both at the same time but will likely want to connect with IQ first for data, and IB second for trade execution. NinjaTrader uses the first connection for data, if the connection supports the instrument type and interval you're viewing. More information on this available here:
