Unable to connect to Kinetick EOD (free)

Hi,

I've just installed the current version Ninjatrader and when I try to connect to the Kinetech EOD (free) feed I get the following error message :

Logon failed: Unable to read server IP addresses: No more data to read

I've tried disabling my firewall and that had no effect.

What do you suggest?
