Chart trader trade updates

Two questions on chart trading using Interactive Brokers:

1. Are the chart trader movable stop/target order lines updated if I alter any of these open orders outside of NinjaTrader in IB's TWS application?

2. Do they also persist across NinjaTrader restarts?

Hello,

You can modify the stop loss and profit target of your ATM strategy in TWS. Consequently, the modification will be displayed in NinjaTrader.

As per restarting NinjaTrader, your ATM strategy should be available upon restarting.
